Amid today’s crazy booming thunderstorms I made cupcakes.  Rainbow cupcakes with cloud frosting! Hooray!!!

Which comes out looking more like something for dyeing Easter eggs, than something you’d want to eat.  In fact they don’t look much more edible after they’ve been baked:

Obviously what we need to solve this problem is cream cheese frosting.  Lots and lots of cream cheese frosting:
