Okay, Seattle people, tell me the truth, I need to know… Are the the cherry blossoms already coming out up there?
I’ve officially declared it spring here, and while the weather seems to be cooperating, the tiny little greens buds I’d like to see everywhere are not yet appearing.

I don’t know about Seattle, but the almond blossoms are out here. And then it hailed. Because that’s just the way it always goes.

And then it hailed.
Heh, yeah that’s about how it goes everywhere.

Yes, they are. I wasn’t going to say anything, but I may have let it slip at dinner on Friday.
They make me think of you? So this is good, yes?

I’m glad they are. I just wish something was blooming like that here. Hmm, maybe it is, but not in my yard and that’s what counts. 🙂

Still cold for 45 more days. And then? Tornado season!

We have daffodils and tulip-tree blossoms over on this side of the state. I wonder what the hold up is where you are?

I’ve seen lots of them, and every time I do, I think of you.

But it isn’t cold anymore. Of course my standard for cold is about 35°F so as long as it stays above that I’m fine (unless it gets to be, oh, April or so, then it needs to be above 55°F).
Tornados! ACK! ACK!

We have some sort of sad looking daffodils, but that’s all I’ve really seen. Maybe it’s because I spend more time in my car an dless walking around than I did in Seattle, so I’m not noticing? But I have been looking!

YAY! Cherry Blossoms! An excuse to party! And also, how gratifying! All I needed to do was get huge painful tattoos to make everyong think of me every spring.
