There was an amazing, spectacular, swollen Harvest moon tonight. All low and crazy close in the sky, and deep, burny orange. I’ve already started feeling the first shivery bits of autumn, but the moon was proof that it’s coming. Sadly I was driving and have no pictures of it, so instead I offer pictures of the night view off my porch. The sky glow of the city beyond the trees always makes a good silhouette. I never get tired of looking at it. If it wasn’t for the bugs and random fear of falling, I’d sit on the roof out there and look at it all the time.
Also, apparently I’m not done spamming you all with web comics yet either. There’s No Rest for the Wicked, in which the moon as dissapeared and the princess can’t sleep because of it, so she ventures out to find it. And, wow, that description wouldn’t make me want to read it, but it’s definitely of the good. I wish I had a good excuse for sleeplesness, like the moon being stolen. Maybe I’m just not enough of a princess.

Dragons. Or maybe jaguars.

Ooo. I ended up going out for chips so I could see the moon.
In North Bend. 😀

The moon was insane last night, orange and low. Gorgeous. I agree.
